Returns and refunds are processed within 14 business days until the funds are returned to your original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defect or our error, shipping costs will be covered.

You can track your return status from your account under Orders. You'll also receive email updates at each stage.

The refund process may take up to 14 business days and includes the following steps: 1. Arrival of the returned product at our warehouses 2. Inspection of the product and approval of the refund 3. Processing of the request by the finance department. Please note that the time it takes for the amount to reach your account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider you deal with.
